Casting Turn-Around Times
We get it, everyone wants good, cheap and fast. The reality is that quality casting doesn't work on a fixed stopwatch. Once your waxes are physically in our hands, whether printed by us or supplied by you, our turn-around times vary depending on:
- Current production workload at the time
- Metal and alloy required
- Post-Processing options selected
Our in-house wax printing for our clients typically takes 1-3 business days depending on workload at the time, no two days are the same for us. We’ll always aim to get your job through as quickly as possible without compromising the process or the finished result.
Scheduling Rules:
- No casting on Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays.
- All raw castings undergo our 8-stage Standard Post-Processing workflow.
- Advanced & Ultimate Post-Processing powered by OTEC, require additional processing time.
- High-volume production in non-regular metals? Contact us. We may be able to schedule a dedicated melt and provide a faster turnaround.
